Everyone brings something essential to our team. Coach Kyle is a prime example of this.

Kyle is the designer and head coach of our highly popular intro program, where he adds his expertise of stress management and Jiu Jitsu into each class. Kyle is a father, husband, doctor, active-duty military, Jiu Jitsu brown belt, a previous burpee world record holder, and much more. He writes on stress, fitness, and other topics on his website.
